Building Sustainable Doula Care Across New Mexico

At Luminar Health, we believe community-based doulas are essential to the health of New Mexico families. We provide technical assistance and hands-on administrative support to doulas across the state who are working to become Medicaid-contracted providers under the Turquoise Care program.

Our role is to serve as a guiding light by removing administrative barriers so you can focus on what matters most—supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
