Empowering Providers

We work to remove barriers for community-based providers, Community Health Workers, Doulas, and Lactation Providers so that their services can be reimbursed and sustained through Medicaid. Our comprehensive knowledge of the Medicaid system will light the way forward every step of the way through the credentialing and contracting process.

We connect patients to culturally rooted providers based in their community that offer the care they need, regardless of their healthcare coverage status. This helps communities access more support for navigating healthcare systems, maternal-child healthcare, and chronic disease management.
