Luminar Health is a New Mexico–based organization dedicated to making culturally rooted, preventive healthcare more accessible and sustainable. We guide both providers and patients through the Medicaid system and community-based care resources.

We support Community Health Workers (CHWs), Doulas, Lactation Providers, and community-based organizations, as well as patients across New Mexico seeking culturally rooted, local healthcare options.

We’re based in beautiful Las Cruces, New Mexico—but we proudly support providers and patients virtually throughout the entire state and beyond.
