Bianca De La Luz Paulette, MPH
Founder of Luminar Health
Born and raised in New Mexico, Bianca is a proud daughter of a Mexican immigrant mother and a first-generation college graduate father.
With over 13 years of experience in healthcare, she has focused her career on advancing health equity and eliminating barriers to care in New Mexico.
Bianca holds a B.A. in Mass Communications and Spanish from the University of New Mexico and a Master’s in Public Health from New Mexico State University. She is currently pursuing her DrPH at San Diego State University.
She is also a proud mother, committed to building a healthier future—not just for her family, but for all families—so that the next generation grows up in a world where access to healthcare is a right, not a privilege.
